Flip Flops (Self Patterning)

Instructions: Client lies on tummy on floor.

Start position-place right arm in front and turn head to look at it. Left knee comes up at the same time.

Flip flop to the other side where the left arm and right knee are up and the head looks at the left hand.

Count "one" for every time you come back to the original start position.

Purpose: Helps to organize the Pons level of the brain, to prepare client for crawling by inputting a steady rhythm and perfect cross pattern and to improve alertness.
